THE COLOUR OF TRANQUILLITY

The colour blue conveys tranquillity, harmony, and peace. Because of this, it can often be a visual relief for someone with autism. However, it's important to remember that autism is considered a spectrum and, therefore, is a different experience for each person.

WORLD AUTISM AWARENESS DAY

Every 2nd of April, the world raises awareness about the need to improve the quality of life for people with autism spectrum disorder. There are various symbols and colours to support and represent this important initiative throughout the year, such as the colour blue and the symbol with the colours of the rainbow.

GET INVOLVED!

There are many ways to break down the stigmas surrounding autism and increase awareness. Some ways you can get involved include learning more about autism, attending or volunteering at local events, and advocating for people with autism to always feel welcome and valued.
